One of the biggest crises in the Church today is the vivid lack of equipping and developing believers to empower them with keys to successful Christian living.

The Pastoral team at Little Falls Christian Centre has developed a progressive system of equipping every believer. This is purely voluntary based and the basic Equipping process is absolutely free for our members.

These "Equipping Steps" or "E-Steps" will fully equip every believer to become a highly effective disciple (the Greek for disciple means: a taught one or trained one). Every church member is encouraged to complete the "E-Steps" course, consisting of 4 "Process Booklets" with each booklet preceding an "Encounter Weekend". The Encounter Weekends are repeated throughout the year (view our calendar). Members of LFCC can attend these courses for free and the supply of all materials is provided for free by LFCC. Although elementary in design these processes are rather comprehensive in content.

Process 1 is a Spiritual Formation Encounter that introduces the new believer to the basics of Christianity and the unfolding of a Welcome to the New Family. Process 2 takes the new believer through a Spiritual Victory Encounter. This enables the new believer to deal with and overcome issues of the past and set a path of Spiritual Victory ahead. Process 3 encourages the new believer through the Evangelism Encounter to become an effective witness for Christ and will be taught how to win the lost for Christ. Process 4 motivates the new believer to develop their Leadership potential through the Champions Encounter. We are convinced that every believer has the potential to become a Leader.

For those who feel to develop further in the knowledge of the Word of God there is a 3 year course that can be done through the Bible College (CACE).
